Order Process

How do I buy your product?

  1. Contact our customer service to confirm the order intention
  2. After confirming your intention, you can apply for free wood samples on LIFEKENS
  3. Follow our measurement guidelines to send your measurement results
  4. The design team of LIFEKENS outputs the graphic design or 3D design, usually, this process takes 1-2 business days
  5. You confirm that the design plan is approved, and pay the agreed 50% deposit
  6. LIFEKENS arranges factory production, this process usually takes 2-3 weeks
  7. LIFEKENS completes the factory production process And sends a video or photo to you for a second confirmation.
  8. You pay the rest of the balance
  9. LIFEKENS arranges the shipment and provides logistics tracking information. This process usually takes at least 4 weeks.

The process from production to shipment takes about 7-12 weeks.

To avoid disputes to the greatest extent, you need to complete the standardized receipt process under the guidance of LIFEKENS

    10. Install the cabinet.

Although we can provide professional installation services, due to cost considerations, we recommend that you contact a local installation service or complete the installation by yourself

About Price

Can you send your price list?

In principle, we charge according to the expanded area of the final design plan, and you can see the cost per square meter on the specific plan page.

We would like to give you an idea about the price for your reference, please send us your measurement to get a custom price. 

 

What kinds of payment terms do you do?

We usually accept T/T, a 50% deposit should be paid before production, and the balance paid before shipping.  

 

What price terms do you do?

We quote EXW price. 

 

Should I pay for your design?

We do not charge for design, but you can pay a down payment before confirming the design plan, it will be used as a deposit.

We provide three specifications of wood types as door panels, of course, they will have a specific price difference

After Sale

How does my order get processed?

All orders generally process and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most of our orders will be produced and shipped within 7-12 weeks after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Please get in touch with our customer service via email to cancel your order as soon as possible before the goods are dispatched. You can change or cancel the program content until you pay the deposit.

Once in the production process, your order information cannot be changed.

How can I change my delivery address?

If the package is shipped and is on the way, please contact the carrier to correct the delivery address.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your new delivery address if the package hasn't shipped. 

Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?

If you have not received any emails related to the order, please confirm that your payment has been successful, and secondly, please ensure that the email address you filled in the order is correct. Then please confirm whether your mailbox is blocking emails from LIFEKENS. Then you can contact our customer service team and provide other information you fill in the order so that we can find your order and provide you with further help.

How about a warranty?

we supply a 5-year warranty for wood products and a 1-year warranty for electrical appliances.

My order never arrives. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your package within the standard delivery times, please follow the steps below.

  1. Check the status of your order with the tracking number first.
  2. Contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
